This listing is for FOUR BOXES of stainless steel hinges or 12 each hinges. Save $money$ using these high quality commercial door hinges! These are brushed stainless steel hinges, ball bearing, with a non-removable pin (NRP) template butt hinges and are used more than any other hinge for swinging doors exterior doors where weather is a factor for rusting on commercial buildings. In addition, there is a set screw that drives into a slot cut into the pin that is only accessible when the door is in the open (unlocked) position. (That's the NRP designation) Ball bearing hinges are used when a door has a door closer installed to assist with the proper closing and latching. All fire rated doors MUST have ball bearing (or equivalent) hinges installed to meet building codes. These hinges are equal to Stanley BB191 and Hager BB1191 stainless steel because they are all made to standard template specifications. They fit the standard hinge preparation in all standard 4.5" hinge hollow metal frames and doors. These are classified as "standard weight" hinges and are made from .134" thick stainless steel and then brushed to a satin finish. The common finish name is "Brushed Stainless Steel". Hinges are packed 3 each per inner box. One box of 3 is the smallest order item. (A full case has 16 boxes of 3 hinges each; 1-1/2 pair). Fasteners included are "AWS" (All Wood Screws) and "AMS " (All Machine Screws) made of stainless steel. This item is priced as FOUR BOXES of 3 hinges each or 12 Hinges total.
