We needed these tools to do one kitchen. We used Formica brand solid surface. Corian took some kind of contract, Formica does not . The glue gun fits the special duplex tubes of the two part glue. You will need to shave the nib off of the tube. The router base hold a Porter-Cable #690 series, or any other of that diameter, it's about a standard of the industy. The point of the base is to do a cove after installation by using a standard 3/4" diameter core-box bit to make a 3/8 cove. The kitchen came out great, inspite of it being our first time. Pretty lucrative job too. Yes, the tools are shop built, by a trained machinst- me. (Solid surface tools gun, cove router base, formica was posted and is owned by: Arthur Willis) |
