simpson strong-tie anchor systems. 2-epoxy-tie set 22 epoxy based anchoring adhesive tubes. 1-simpson epoxy-tie tool model edt22a. the tool is used but is working fine, probably used about 2 times. the epoxy 22 has an expiration date of 8/03 the containers look new and haven't been opened but i'm not sure if the epoxy will still work . 3- new dispensing nozzles. I called the manufacturer about the expiration date and haven't had a response back yet. 1/18/07-the manufacturer said that most likely the epoxy will still work since it hasn't been opened but they need to put an expiration date on the product because it can't be guaranteed for ever.
