830 Tie Points with Binding Posts and Rubber Feet This breadboard is an upgrade to the Model 9830 basic breadboard. By mounting the 9830 onto an stiff aluminum backboard and adding three binding posts, it provides a sturdier platform and allows easy interface flexibility with the power supply by the use of banana leads. The rubber feet keep the unit from sliding around on the bench. Three binding posts are provided to give the experimenter the flexibility to apply two different power supplies with one common ground if desired. This makes it very handy for op amp circuits that require a (+) and (-) power supply for the same circuit. Minor assembly is required to install the binding posts and the stick-on rubber feet. Once assembled, the experimenter can run the appropriate colored wires from the breadboard to the binding posts.
