Cooling Tower is made of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) 70 Nominal Tons based on CTI tonage design of 95/85/75/3 gallons per minute per ton Non-Corrosive and Energy Efficient Type: Counter Flow Induced Draft 1. Ten (10) years on FRP (fiberglass) casing and cold water basin. 2. Two (2) years on all PVC fillings. 3. One (1) year on all fan motors, major drive components and all internal moving parts. Fastners, nuts and bolts shall be constructed of non corrosive 304 stainless steel. All other metal parts will consist of (HDGS) hot dipped galvanized steel contruction.
