Designed frequency response is 5-18GHz, 40dB+ gain, output P1dB is +14dBm. Noise Figure is 4.7dB +/- 1dB (highest was 5.7dB, lowest was 3.7dB with 5 amps tested). Power consumption is +15V, 450mA. We noticed that the gain drops about 3dB from cold amp to hot amp. Noise Figure was tested at 6GHz due to equipment limitations.
