How do I know this item will be working 1 year from now? This is used, we can't guarantee that. We test items and then we clean them as best we can. The only guarantee we can offer is that this will be working when you receive it. The best way this can be explained is that you didn't know on Monday that your blender was going to stop working on Tuesday. Everything seemed fine, but then all of the sudden it stopped working. Having said that, we aren't going to knowingly sell you something with an obvious problem unless otherwise stated in the listing. How does your 10 day warranty work?
