New old stock DB-708 UHF 450-470 mhz mobile antenna. Box calls it a "Hard Hat" antenna, I would call it a dome antenna. It was probably intended to be used on the roof of ambulances, trucks, or buses. The antenna measures only 3 inches tall and is 10 inches in diameter. Comes with installation instructions, cable, pl-259 connector, and mounting hard ware.
