T-Mike™ Programmable by StressTel The StressTel T-Mike Programmable ultrasonic thickness gauge is the simplest solution for ensuring consistently accurate thickness measurement. Built to withstand the demands of constant use in the field, the T-Mike Programmable Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is factory set to your velocity specifications. Reprogramming sound velocity is simply achieved by connecting to a StressTel T-Mike E or to your computer. At this time you can also change your unit of measurement and backlighting. Having set a velocity allows users of multiple gauges the security of knowing that all gauges in use have identical calibration. The T-Mike Programmable is a powerful tool that is simple to use, built to last and backed by years of experience from the industry leader, StressTel. Dual-element ultrasonic probe. 4 foot, environment protected. I purchased this unit brand new at the cost of $1500.0 to do an inspection job I was awarded. The job never materialized due to Hurricane Katrina, and I have no further use for this device. It is New in Box and was only ever powered up once to do a velocity comfirmation on a sample plate from the project in question. It came with the Nicad battery pack and charger.
