This is a BK Precision universal LCR meter model 878. This does not include probes or a power supply. I tested it with a standard multi-adapter set at 9v and it worked perfectly. This is fully guaranteed to be in excellent functional and cosmetic condition upon receipt (see picture). Please contact me if there are any problems or issues with the item(s) upon receipt. I do my best to check my email several times a day, and will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve any problems you may have.
