________________________________________________________ This sale consists of one FRAME assembly for a 25' X 48' structure. (Frame only is shown in the photo since we are selling them without any of the siding / roofing) It has 13' of height clearance and the width is 19'8" at 6' of height and 18'4" at 8' height. Even semi tractor trailer rigs will fit in with ease and leave plenty of room on either side to work on them. **These frames are Military Surplus and were originally for U.S. Army maintenance tents (sorry, I don't have, and don't know where you can get any of the canvas).** They are made of magnesium, so they are light but very strong. NO BOLTS OR TOOLS ARE NEEDED TO ASSEMBLE OR DISASSEMBLE THE FRAME. Two untrained people can assemble the frame in about 4 hours with nothing more than a couple of ladders. We used one of the frames to build a mechanic's workshop / garage. When we put our building up,(the frame shown in the photo with the roofing is to show you an example of what CAN be done with the frame) we used a “manlift†to put on the roofing, but it could be done without it. We bought new galvanized roofing (manufacturer's overruns) and the wood, screws, etc. in our local area for the sides and roof for about $1000, total. If you ran the metal horizontally, it could be done for less, but we ran it vertically for added strength. We think you'll find that a total price of about $2500 for a structure of this size and quality is very reasonable. And, it doesn't take trained builders to set it up, so you can save money on erection. Steel buildings and erectors are very hard and very expensive to get, right now, because of the demand to replace buildings damaged by the hurricanes. This is a great way to get a building at an economical price.
