Tektronix AM503S Current Probe System This unit includes one TM502A (2 Slot Power Module),one AM503B (Current Orobe Amplifier), one empty Slot Module, one A6302 50MHz AC/DC Current Probe, one BNC Cable and one 50 Ohm Load Term. The AM503S AC/DC Current Probe System is the most versatile current measurement system available. Since the probes incorporate both a transformer and a Hall Effect device, broadband AC/DC current can be measured simultaneously. Depending on the probe used, current from DC to 100MHz and up to 700 A can be measured by clipping the split-core probes around the conductor.
