MKS Type 286 Dual Thermocouple Vacuum Gauge Controller ITEM DESCRIPTION: Used, powers on, fair condition. This unit does power on but the power switch is loose and the unit will shut off if moved at all. ACCESSORIES: None. No manual, cables, or any other accessories. The MKS Instrument 286 dual thermocouple vacuum gauge controller is a precision instrument designed to indicate high vacuum pressures from 0.001 to 1 Torr (1 to 1000 Microns). The MKS 286 can operate and display pressure from two independent thermocouple tube sensors and has four thermocouple gauge set points to provide process control.
