I bought these from manufacturer on a closeout deal due to a cosmetic defect caused when they were packaged. Top of pads are supposed to be symmetrically arched, however, as you can see from looking at the pictures, most if not all of the pads have some indentations / dimples that were caused by the pads being packed tightly against each other BEFORE the GEL had completely cured.
I randomly selected several pads and took pictures of them to show you the extend of defect. As you can see from pictures, the defect is very minor and purely cosmetic in nature. Structurally, pads are guaranteed to be 100% in perfect condition.

Please note the undercut was designed for rounded ends arm brackets. If you have rectangular shaped brackets, you can easily cut some material with NO problem using a utility knife, as the PU material is very soft and is molded on STEEL PLATE.
