This is a REd Western Shelter Systems Forest Service Backpack EUC. the main bag is about 16" tall and 12" wide and 7" thick. the lower bag is about 6" tall and 12" wide and 7" thick. This has repositionable small pockets on the waist as shown. Two anchors are on the middle of the back panel as shown and I am not sure what they do except that you could reposition the top bag on the lower waist pad if you wanted. Good and full inside and out. This has a double ended lower pouch on the bottom behind the waist. Lots of possibilities with this unit beyond the application it was intended for. This is not a fireproof unit. Totally clean and no smoking or other odors. Big reflectors sewn on it too and has some long Blaze Orange webbing straps in the lower pocket.
