This is for one new Purolator Serva-Cell filter. Filter size is 20x20x6. These filters are roughly comparable to Hepa filters as 85% effective. Where a Hepa is 99.97% effective. However, Hepa filters are tested differently and do not have a MERV rating. Other factors must be considered such as air flow. These filters can also be installed in higher temp applications. Would be good industrial paint booth ro bake oven filter. Its box filter construction eliminates the need for retainers and special external wire media supports. A high surface area to depth ratio provides the maximum amount of effective filter media in areas of minimum in-line duct space. Applications: For conditions such as high humidity, turbulent airflow, intermittent water exposure, and elevated operating temperatures. Average efficiency range: 65-95% Average arrestance: 97-99% Recommended airflow rate: 500 FPM (625 FPM Max.) Media: Continuous sheet of non-combustible, waterproof, microfiberglass. Pleat configuration: Radi-edge configuration promotes maximum exposure of media surface area to airflow. Pleat support: Pleated around radi-edge, corrugated aluminum separators. All filter packs to be woven on Purolator s automatic weaving machine. Media area/square foot: See Performance data chart. Frame: All metal, corrosion resistant, galvanized steel casing available with a single or double galvanized steel header. The media pack is bonded and secured to the four inner surfaces of the frame with a non-toxic adhesive. Available with a single-channel unitized header or double header option. Also available in a full box exact size. U.L. Classification: Class 1 approved and listed. Tested in accordance with U.L. Standard 900 and ASHRAE 52.1-1992.
