These are NEW, State of the Art Modules * Uses a 3.3 mm diameter diode. We sell those too. * Utilizes a 650 nm, 7 mW laser diode with the APC driver circuit inside the diode package. * No more bulky PCB hanging off the back of the module, or taking up valuable space inside the module. * Only 4 mm in diameter ! Brass Housing If you are working on a small product, this is for you. * Can be modulated at higher frequencies, >10KHz. * Operates on 3 volts DC, but can be driven, and has stable output over a range of 2.5 to 3.3 VDC. * Opeartes with only about 15 mA of current. * 3 mW of laser power output, Class IIIa. Can be factory set for Class I, II,( fast special order) or IIIa (this one) * This is a Negative Case unit (positive case available by fast, special order.
