This supply is in near perfect condition (9.5 out of 10). There is one small superficial scratch over the amp meter, but you have to look hard to see it. The power supply is 5 years old and has been used approximately 10 hours. It was used to power the Icom and I simply didn't use it much (see the story on the Icom listing). The supply works perfectly and there are no known problems. The supply comes in the original packaging with the manual.
