Fujikura LED Fiber Optic Light Source (6-Channel) Comes with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it. Unit turns on and powers up. Other then that, we have no way to test it. Some of the plastic on the switches are either broken or missing as you can see in the pictures. The top of the unit has some scrapes and discoloration which you can't see very well in the pictures.
