This Machine is the Workhorse of the Pipe Industry! This genuine Ridgid 4 inch threading package includes the following: * Ridgid 535 Threading Machine. Includes a built-in automatic oiler, 1.75 gallon oil reservoir, chip tray, and large machine top cover for keeping tools and fittings handy. Also included is a speed chuck with rocker-action jaws. The speed chuck centers and grips the workpiece instantly. Rear centering chuck that turns with the front speed chuck. This machine also has a Ridgid high clearance carriage assembly. The carriage assembly includes a sharp reamer - no dings or chips in the reamer. The pipe cutter looks almost new and will cut pipe up to 2 1/2 inches. The pipe cutter does not have any chips or dings in the cutting wheel. The pipe cutter also turns very smooth, absolutely no binding, slop, or play when opening or closing. There is a handle on outside of the machine to move the carriage forward and back. Also included is a handy carriage mounted pipe gauge. This machine with the carriage retails for $5554.30, if new. It is my understanding there has been a price increase since this price list was printed). * Ridgid 2 1/2 to 4 inch 4PJ Jam Proof Die Head. This die head shows very few signs of prior use. Everything moves and turns smooth and tight. You will not find any slop or play anywhere on this bad boy! This threader has been kept dry, well oiled, and clean so there is no rust anywhere. See photo 5, 11 and 12. This die head comes with a Ridgid 6' telescoping drive shaft for use with the above machine. The drive shaft is difficult to see the entire lenght in the photos because it is about 6' long. This die head also comes with 4 complete sets of Ridgid pipe cutting dies. The pipe cutting dies sizes are 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", and 4". See photo 5. The pipe cutting dies are in excellent condition and look almost new. No chips, dings, or rust in any of the cutting dies. A Ridgid ratchet is also included. See photo 6 and 12. This ratchet comes in handy if you need to thread a pipe in an area you can not reach with your machine. This die head by itself retails for over $1600.00, plus another $565.00 for the drive shaft and ratchet, plus another 941.85 for 3 extra set of cutting dies, if new. * Ridgid 1 to 2 inch Universal Die Head. This die head is also in excellent condition. The cutting dies are in near perfect condition. I am also including a brand new set of Ridgid 1 to 2 inch dies sealed in factory packaging. It is always a good idea to have a extra set of cutting dies on hand. See photo 10. This die heads with an extra set of dies retails for $500.95, if new. * Ridgid 1/2 to 3/4 inch Universal Die Head. This die head is in excellent condition. The cutting dies have been used only a few times and look almost new. The cutting dies do not have any chips, dings, or rust. This die heads with a extra set of dies also retails for $500.95, if new. * Ridgid 4-S Pipe Cutter. Cuts pipe from 2" to 4". This pipe cutter looks almost new. The pipe cutter has 4 cutting wheels. None of the cutting wheels not have any chips, breaks, or rust. It also opens and closes very smooth. No binding, slop, or play in this pipe cutter. See photo 6. This pipe cutter retails for $357.15, if new. * Ridgid 254 Spiral Reamer. Plenty good and sharp. This reamer is sharp enough to cut your hand if you are not carefull. Reams pipe 2 1/2 to 4 inches. Hollow center to reduce weight. Large pressure plate. Hardened alloy steel cone that is removable for sharpening. See photo 6. This reamer retails for $375.95, if new. * Brand New Set of Ridgid 1/4 to 3/8 Inch Universal Cutting Dies. These dies are brand new, sealed in factory packaging, and have never been used. This machine was completely torn down and every nut, bolt, and part has been completely inspected; measured for wear tolerances; cleaned, and greased if needed. I am a former Mercedes Benz auto repair technician and I used the same high quality control inspection standards inspecting this machine as we once used to rebuild Mercedes engines and transmissions. After this machine was re-assembled, I tested this machine under a load and it works perfectly as it should. I inspected the front speed chuck, front jaws, and all of the bearings. The front speed chuck opens and closes very smooth just like a well made Swiss watch. There is absolutely no play or slop in the front speed chuck assembly. The front and rear bearings are in excellent condition. I placed a precision dial caliber on the power shaft to measure the bearing and power shaft run out. The run out was less than .003". All of the gears inside and outside of the motor housing are sharp and I did not find or see any wear or chipped teeth in any of the gears. The motor brushes were inspected and are in excellent condition. The power cord is also in excellent condition, has a molded plug (OSHA Compliant) and is properly grounded. I am very confident and excited about this threader! This threading machine should give you years of trouble-free service! The retail value of this threading machine with all the accessories total $10,773.40. Here is your chance to make your life easy and save a lot of money! A Ridgid machine in top condition isn't cheap and a cheap ass Non-Ridgid machine in poor condition usually isn't any good!
