Designed for Cutting Alloyed Steals and Ferrous Metals CONDITIONS AND NOS: Sometimes NOS (NEW OLD STOCK) although they are new can have slight imperfections in them. This may because of the way they were made years ago or may have slight imperfections, bruises, scuffs or minor dings from being moved around the shelving over the years with other items bumping into them.
