This mini-processor is in new condition. The plastic bag sealing the unit was cut to take the pictures. I do not have the original box it came in. Included is the main unit, and AC adapter, three paper rolls, ball point pen set, one training manual, two owner's manuals and one quick reference guide. The DP-5 will run up to two Mitutoyo Digimatic gages. It has a built in RS-232 input connector and a RS-232 output connector. Using the output connector, the DP-5 can be controlled from a personal computer. Calculation results and a histogram can be plotted on the built in color plotter. Some of the plotters items may be - Measured values, number of measurements, max and min values, average, standard deviation, fraction deviation, estimated fraction defective, process capability index, machine capability indexs and also a histogram. Up to 20 different types of machine parts can be measured. Conditions can be set for each part. Optional memory cards (not included) can be used as storage media. The DP-5 can run up to 5 hours on the included internal batteries. The Digimatic has an internal timer input function to perform automatic measurements at specific intervals.
