Kentco "Kut Up Machine" Elec. Chicken Cutter Splitter We recently found this machine hidden in the dark corners of a storage facility. We rescued it and are now offering it for sale. This was manufactured by Kent Company and referred to as their "Kut Up Machine". It is a model BCC-100, 115 volts. Its overall dimension are approximately 18"W x 18"D x 21"T. We hooked up and ran this machine in our shop. All appears to be working properly, and the motor runs smoothly. This is used in chicken processing or meat markets to cut up and quarter whole chickens. The motorized stainless steel 9" blade makes chicken processing quicker, easier, and safer than hand cutting.
