Hy-Gain model H-IV/CD-45-II transmitt / receive direction control box plus a rotor. There is no identification on the antenna rotor. I connected them together and it works. The control is a little dusty and the rotor is sued and dirty but not damaged that I can see. Looks like the rotor mounts using 4 screws in the base so it must mount on a flat surface.
