hear i have a icom ic-r1 scanner in good condition, it picks up police, ambulance, air, fire, marine, etc,etc, i have owned this scanner for about 5 years and to be honest i have lost interest and has not been used properley for about 18 months so the battery may need replacing but works fine with the mains charger/power supply, as you can see in the picture the charger (output) lead has been repaired but still woks ok it comes with the instruction book, this model was the top of the range when i bought it and it will still take a lot of beating with all the new scanners in the shops today.
