This gas nipple / connector has a 1/8" BSPT Male thread at one end and a 1/4" BSP Female-threaded hexagonal nut at the other (both right-hand threaded). This item can be used for connecting a 1/8" BSP female thread to a 1/4" BSP male thread - for example, it can be used for converting the inlet/outlet of the gas solenoid valves in our Mig Spares (General) category to 1/4" BSP. Please note that the above-mentioned threads do not literally measure 1/8" or 1/4" across. These are British Standard Pipe Threads, so 1/8" BSPT has a diameter of 9.728mm and 1/4" BSP has a diameter of 13.157mm.
