For sale are 100 8" silicon wafers in cassettes. These wafers are all with oxide films and were used to set up a Oxide tool. They have never had a pattern or exotic metal on them. They are around 700um thick and can be stripped and used for test or monitor wafers. The resistivity is not known on these but should be a mix of high and low resistivity. These have been stored in a class 10 cleanroom until recently.
