This is an IH NOS part (451356R2) 4 1/2" pulley for a Cub 22 rotary mower from 1947-1955. It has a splined center mounting hole and it is in new/never installed condition. Would guess it fits the Farmall Cub tractors. Email with questions and thanks for looking!!
