Here s an excellent desk top power supply that offers two regulated outputs, +5 VDC and +12 VDC, each rated at 1.5 Amps. Input requirements are 100 to 240 VAC, 47 to 63 Hertz. Outputs are provided through a 5 pin connector at the end of a 5 foot cable. If safety and acceptance is an issue, these have been tested and are UL, cUL, TUV, CE, and Tmark rated.
