Holds storm windows, screens, combination door panels and has many other uses. Snap plate made of tempered spring steel. Spring tension holds window firmly against frame. Does not mar painted surfaces by rotating on them. Storm windows and screens easily removed by snapping fastener back to open position. Display card holds 4 fasteners.
