The FMA-5000 Series measures the mass flowrate of gases in 13 ranges from 0 to 10 SCCM (Standard Cubic Centimeters per Minute), to 0 to 50 SLM (Standard Liters per Minute). For the complete listing of ranges, refer to the Flow Range Table on page D-28. Accuracy is 1.5% of full scale over a wide temperature and pressure range. Time response is 2 seconds to within 2% of final flow. These unique flowmeters are available with or without digital display. An optional power supply can be purchased separately.
