UNIDENT BEARCAT 55 XLT PROGRAMMABLE SCANNER This is a uniden Bearcat BC 55XLT 10 Channel programmable handheld scanner with flex antenna. This scanner can monitor NASCAR frequencies. * LCD Channel and Frequency Display * Channel Lockout: Quickly and easily block channels that you want to have but just do not want to hear all day long (such as weather band). * Operates on (5) AA Batteries. * Two Battery Settings which allows you to use either regular Alkaline or Ni-Cad rechargeable batteries. * Ext. Cigarette Lighter Adapter (12 volt DC) * Ext. Cigarette Lighter Adapter For a list of NASCAR frequencies: http://www.milliron.net/nascar/ 1. With the radio on, press manual button until channel 1 is displayed 2. With the keypad switched on, enter frequency number including decimal 4. Repeat from step 1 until all 10 channels have been programmed. 5. Switch keypad off when done to prevent your settings from being lost.
