Set of motorola xts 3000 radios
Set of 4-Motorola XTS 3000 Astro Radios, 1-Motorola six slot charging base
Three of the Radios say XTS 3000 Astro on them and have a digital display, and buttons that resemble telephone buttons. One does not have a display or buttons, but still says XTS 3000 Astro.
All have Motorola 7.5 NiCad batteries, and they currently appear to be holding a charge.
There is no manual or instructions.
I am not a radio tech, but here is what I know about these radios. All power on, and receive a signal loud and clear, but I could only get two to transmit. When you turn these radios on, the say "Self Test" and go to CB Ch 1, and then flash "Key Fail" and go back to CB Ch 1. If you turn the channel knob past CB Ch 2 they make a tone and say "Unprogrammed." One says "Hwy Key" before "Key Fail", and says "Hwy Key" again and makes a series of beeps if you try to get it to transmit. The one without the display also makes the same set of beeps when you try to transmit on it.
There are a few scratches and dings, but the overall physical condition is very good, and two look almost new.
The charging base is included.
Under the battery three say Model Number H09KDH9PW7BN, and one says H09KDCPW5BN. You can decode what this means by following this link http://batlabs.com/astromob.html#model
Update: Thanks to advice from an e-bay member, I flipped the security switch on the two that would not transmit, and got the other one with the display to transmit. However, the one without the screen still refuses to transmit, but doesn't beep anymore, the thumb/transmit switch may be stuck or broken on this one, this may be an intermittant fail because it was trying to transmit last night, but the red LED does not light now.
In response to requests for the flashcode. The three with the display screen say 1400010000003
I got the fourth radio to transmit today by pushing the very bottom edge of the button with my finger rather than my thumb. This switch is not exactly right, but the radio does work.
