Available are three home inspection reports, unused and ready for a home inspections. These are 3 or 4 part carbonless check list type reports used by home inspectors, designed by Inspector Training Associates. There is a ton of information for clients, and a bunch of optional pages are included. I started out my buisness with theres reports several years ago, and now use a computer program. I have been hanging on to them for a client who might ask for an immediate on-site report, but haven't had this request since changing formats. I really do like the ITA format, it is quick, and thorogh. Many of the items that we sell, we do not know the items history or other particular information. Most of the items that we sell are consigned items, private collections, or estate sales. If you are sending a money order, please send me an e-mail stating that you are paying by money order.
