Pulled from a mothballed panel, and is used. There is a ding in the overlay on the screen, not sure if it interferes with the touch screen. The F5/F10 function key overlay also has been jabbed with a screwdriver no doubt (but they still work fine). Otherwise, in good working condition. I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
