This is a brand new CECILWARE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN ELECTRIC FRYER made of stainless steel. It has a thermal overload device to shut off the heating element if it gets to hot. It also has a safety cutout switch which automatically shuts off the heating element when you remove the stainless steel tank.
