Tektronix TDS 220 digital oscilloscope, 100 MHz, 2 channel with GPIB, Centronics and RS-232 interfaces. This unit has just been calibrated by our NIST-traceable calibration lab and is guaranteed to work properly, and a Certificate of Calibration is included at no extra charge. This scope has math functions, including FFT. As for this particular instrument there is no screen burn, it passes all self tests, its display is bright and sharp, adjustment knobs work easily, and all of the many functions of this oscilloscope are working as specified by Tektronix. Triggering is fast and simple, digital readouts are clear and precise-in a nutshell this instrument works like it just came out of the factory.
