MD600 SERIES MUSTANG DYNAMOMETER This model has a 750 horsepower absorption capacity; the MD-600 can handle sophisticated performance tests. The 600’s strength is its ability to test heavy duty diesel trucks, as well as high speed FWD and RWD race cars. If you choose to equip it with the optional bike attachment, you can also test motorcycles. With it’s 108†outer track, you can test wide vehicles such as dual wheel trucks without having to remove the outer tires. The 600 series model includes an eddy current power absorption unit (PAU) with air-cooled, frictionless operation and infinitely variable loading. A complete control and data acquisition system - including a wireless hand-held unit so you the operator can control the test from the vehicle - lets you design a wide range of tests and provide both on-screen and print-out results. While it’s designed for in-ground installation, it can also be installed on the shop floor and used with the optional lift kit. In addition to this unit there is a 4-post lift so it CAN BE USED ABOVE GROUND. Two High-Speed fans and a ¼ mile tree are included also. All software is updated and current.
