This steamer has a gas-fired generator with automatic water fill on startup , NickelGuard, 200M BTU. solid state controls to operate timing, water level and safety functions. Additionally, there is an automatic blow down with an additional manual drain valve and electronic spark ignition. Each cooking compartment has a 60 minute mechanical timer and manual operation mode along with a cold water condenser.
