It`s an older ,,,, we`ll say late 60`s Hydraulic Pressure Gauge. It came off press machine used to make copier parts that was retired in the late 90`s. It worked then. I`ve no reason to believe it doesn`t work now. It`s attached to some kind of spring loaded button, a purge perhaps. Lines in and out around 3/8 inch in diameter though I can almost be sure they are the metric eqivaluents. This is because this gauge and the machine it was attachet to were made in Holland. The second picture of the 2 is what I believe to be the manufacturers stamp. Unpictured is the plate on side of the purge. It says Rexroth 5/67. Made in Germany.
