This Scanner comes with the AC Adapter and the Rear Mount Antenna. I do not have the manual or the original box. The Weather works but I can't program the scanner itself, not that knowledgeable. Has LCD display panel. Controls consist of On-Off-Volume, Squelch-Auto plus 12 button keypad, Priority, Speed,Weather, Limit, Search, Hold, Delay, Lockout, Scan, Manual.
