240 PIECE NUT & BOLT ASSORTMENT All the tools we sell are new & unused. Make cheques or postal orders, out to:- Henrich Hardware Ltd. Please contact us,immediately, if there is a problem with paying. We are a VAT registered company & VAT @ 17.5% is included in all our prices. A VAT receipt is enclosed with all sales. Costs include postage AND packing. Items are usually dispatched via ROYAL MAIL within 2 working days. Please allow 1-2 days for 1st class 3-5 days for Royal Mail Parcels. Please allow 1-3 days for airmail; .2 -5 weeks for SURFACE MAIL. Please allow 3-5 days for airmail; 10-12 weeks for SURFACE MAIL Please allow 15 days for delivery before informing us of non arrival.( The Royal Mail will not take responsibility until then.) Please can you also check at your local sorting Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them. We will replace or refund faulty goods, returned, to us. We operate normal business hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday & between 6-8pm at weekends. We will answer all emails in this time.
