I purchased this tractor three years ago from a golf course contractor in Georgia. He used it to rebuild sand bunkers. He purchased it new from Yancey Bros. (Cat Dealer) in Atlanta. It has rubber tracks, the bucket and bottom of stick were line bored with no hours put on it since done. Bucket in good condition and machine has a couple of dents. I have put about 50 hours on the machine since I purchased it. It sits in a shed at my farm. It does have a blade. 2,946 hours on it. Available for inspection in Winchester, Tennessee.
