Lambda Model LLS5018 Digital Control Power Supply. 0-18V, 0-4.5A output. 2 digits of accuracy. I checked this against a fluke multimeter, readings were only off by about 10-20 mV and 10-20 mA throughout the range. Can be used to control current or voltage.
