Top Rotates and has a dentent that locks it every 90 degrees. Unit operates well and we could not find any leaks anywhere The Bags look new, The Air Line looks new. The top is 5ft x 4ft and it lifts 40 inches from the ground. The protective expanding covering is torn. Please Call or email with any questions.
