The merchandiser has a heating lamp located inside at the top. It has TWO sliding glass doors for convience and a glass back to look inside it. Merchandiser Steamer has a cutting board attached to the service side of the merchandiser that can stay up or down, what ever you choose for your convience. It would be great for a deli serving hot foods for lunch or dinner buffet.
