FJC 3 Wash Station with 2 Dry Operation Aqueous Basket type Washer * All Stainless Steel Construction, including rollers, hardware and plumbing – 304 SS * Vertical Agitation Washing by pneumatic cylinder * 80 – 100 pound basket load capacity * Basket Dimensions: 18†x 24†x12†tall * 5 baskets included with machine * Plant provided hot water or steam for tank heating * Load baskets, flip lever to activate cleaning cycle and manually flip lever to end cleaning cycle. * Move baskets by hand down rollers into next operation. Continue the process. * Process could be automated by addition of PLC, pneumatic valves and some sensors. * First tank equipped with oil skimmer and float activated level control. * Second and third tank equipped with cascading rinse and float activated level control. The final rinse operation water over flow can be returned to the second station and the second station overflow can be returned to the wash operation. * 300 Degree hot air dryers in drying booth. 2 basket wide drying operation. Blower made by New York Blower * Tank size: 36†x 36†square x 30†deep. There are no holes or drive mechanisms in the tanks. All agitation and basket raising is performed from the top via the pneumatic cylinders. * Machine New in 1999 and is on the machine manufacturers floor right now. * Machine Foot Print: 16’ long from corner to corner x 4’ wide x 8’ tall at blower top. * UNIT IN EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION!!
