3 x 4060 14-stage Ripple Counter ICs Features an internal oscillator with frequency set using an external resistor and capacitor. Will also accept external clock signals, advancing on the falling edge. A maximum count of 16384 is possible - use a 32768 watch crystal to give a 2Hz signal.
