Qty1: 6-Gang Pot, 20k for Quadraphonic / Ambisonic / Dolby Systems This is a six-way 20K Ohm linear track potentiometer which has applications in the analogue parts of multi-speaker audio systems, multi-pole audio filters, or as a replacement part in quad or Dolby surround amplifiers. These are new items and come with a nut and a washer for mounting on a front panel. Having 6 ways might allow you to use this as a four channel first-order Ambisonic B-format control, with two ways left over for simultaneous stereo UHJ control, or to drive a bargraph indicator or other DC system. There are ways using a fixed resistor from the wiper to ground in the circuit which produces and approximately logarithmic level control.
