A double door enclosure with flange mount disconnect switch is attached to the side of the washer. All control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted in the door of the enclosure. Motor starters, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside the panel. Allen Bradley SLC PLC controls all The washer has a 1" x 1" flat wire belt that extends through the entire washer and returns inside the washer. The wash stage is 24" long and has spray jets over and under the belt and on both sides. The rinse stage is also 24" long with spray jets on all sides. The wash / rinse tanks are heated by a Maxon radiant tube burner. The heated blow off stage is 60" long and has knife type blower ducts surrounding the work chamber. The blow off air is heated by a Maxon burner located above the work area. A high volume blower pushes the heated air through the air knives to dry the product. Agitator pump is located in the tank and an oil skimmer removes oil from the water. Mild steel construction.
